PROCESS TO CLAIM UNCLAIMED REDEMPTION/ DIVIDEND:
  • Change in Bank Account details: Submit the changes in Bank Account Number, Bank Account Type, Bank Branch address change and other changes in Bank Account details by filling in Change of bank details form along with required documents at your nearest Axis Mutual Fund/ Karvy Investor Service Centers.
  • Death of Unit holder: Surviving unit holder(s)/Nominee to submit the request for Transmission of units along with required documents at nearest Axis Mutual Fund/ Karvy Investor Service Centers.
  • Revalidation of Old Warrant: Submit request letter for obtaining new warrant at your nearest Axis Mutual Fund/ Karvy Investor Service Centers.
